Pokémon Amethyst ("PAM") is a Pokémon roleplay community based on the popular Nintendo series. PAM takes place in an updated version of Kanto, complete with contests, battledomes, wild catching areas, new gym leaders, and bonus badge challenges alongside the original set of Kanto gyms.

Welcome, again, to PAM! I'm sure you've all read the RPing guide and are ready to roll, but I thought you should have some quick guidelines for RPing.
1. Please do not interrupt threads that are marked with a thumbs down sign. That means that they are Closed Threads and are for certain peoples' plots only.
2. You'll notice that this thread is marked with a thumbs up sign. That's because this thread is free for you to reply to [even though you don't need to]. Any thread marked with a thumbs up is a thread inviting people to join, called an Open Thread. If, during an open thread, you feel that you don't want anyone else to join, feel free to change the posting icon.
3. When posting an open thread, why not check to see if there are any that you can reply to, first? That way, we don't clutter up the maps with lonely trainers. D=
